Where it started
A weekend pop-up that refused to stay small.
In 2023, Miguel Ifeanyi Reginald opened Chop-UP Bistro at Town Square Supermarket, Okpanam Road, Asaba with a singular focus: serve the finest shawarma in Delta State and never cut corners doing it.
Word spread fast. People weren't just coming back for the food. They were coming back for the feeling of something genuinely made with care, assembled fresh for each order, every single time. That feeling became our obsession.
By early 2025, Chop-UP had crossed state lines with a new branch in Enugu, while the Asaba original got a full redesign. In 2026, a second Asaba location opened at Gabbs Supermarket and the menu expanded to match the ambition: burgers, pizza, fries, chicken nuggets, drinks and more. Three branches. One obsession. Yours.

Where It All Began
Miguel Ifeanyi Reginald founded Chop-UP Bistro at Town Square Supermarket, Okpanam Road, Asaba serving exceptional shawarma and quickly building a devoted following across Delta State.
Holding It Down
The Asaba branch continued to thrive, cementing Chop-UP as the undisputed shawarma destination in Delta State. Every wrap still made fresh, every customer still treated like family.
Going National
Opened a brand new branch in Enugu State, taking Chop-UP's signature taste beyond Delta for the first time. Back in Asaba, the flagship location got a full redesign bigger, bolder, better.
Second Asaba Location
Opened a new Asaba branch at Gabbs Supermarket, bringing Chop-UP even closer to more customers across the city. Three locations and counting.
A Bigger Menu
The menu expanded well beyond shawarma, smash burgers, wood-fired pizza, crispy fries, chicken nuggets, and refreshing drinks. Three branches, one standard: excellence.
